1. You may return items to us because they are faulty or mis-described. In the unlikely event that within 7 working days from the day the item has been delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer is able to prove to the reasonable satisfaction of Memoirs of India that the Item does not match the details given in the description of the item, the Buyer shall return the Item to Memoirs of India. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Memoirs of India will immediately make arrangements to process the refund.

2. You may return items to us if it is proved to be unauthentic. In the unlikely event that within one month from the day the item has been delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer is able to produce examinable proof clearly demonstrating that the item is deemed unauthentic; the Buyer shall return the Item to Memoirs of India. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Memoirs of India will immediately make arrangements to process the refund.

3. If the Items are approved to be refunded:

a)you must return the Items to us as soon as reasonably practicable;
b)you have a legal obligation to keep the Items in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Items while they are in your possession.
c)We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, even if the loss resulted from unnecessary handling by you.

All such claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The decision of Memoirs of India in respect of such claims shall be final and binding.
