Sir Samuel Rush Meyrick, the author of this book, was a prolific collector of arms and armoury and this particular book is considered to be his greatest work.
In 3 Volumes. Second Edition. Includes a complete set of 80 Plates. Original brown grey cover with the title, volume and year of publication inscribed in gold along the spine. Gold gilded pages.
Condition: Minor Foxing on pages. Minor dent on corners. A very good copy.
